The ski shuttle to the main lift station was reliable and convenient, and on-site ski storage made things easy. Quiet yet convenient location, plus a nice balcony for relaxing. "The positives are straightforward: excellent location, parking, rooms are modern and fresh, and a pool area that is new. Breakfast is no better than what you would expect in a decent 3-star hotel. Lunch consists of a static menu of 6–7 dishes that does not change. Dinner is buffet-style with “ok” food quality — all far from what this hotel price point suggests. For us, the most disappointing part of the experience was the handling of allergies and intolerances. We gave advance notice before booking. The kitchen was unwilling to prepare something as simple as a fried egg or omelet adapted to my son’s needs. That is not a complex request. It is basic hospitality. Our complaint was noted, but nothing changed."

"Staff was very helpful. The one dinner I had there was quite good for being free. Be aware that unless you’re driving to and from the hostel every day it’s quite a hike up the hill from the road. In the winter it’s slick. The room was adequate but my biggest complaint is the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep water from flowing onto the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying Overall though a decent cheap place to stay. "

"It was very easy to find and we very well informed beforehand during and afterward by our hosts who were very helpful throughout.The appartment was spotless with everything that was needed for a very comfortable stay. It was great that we had free parking which was a 2 minute walk to the appartment and a very handy and well priced supermarket just another 2 minute walk in the other direction. There was a nice little cafe/resteraunt just a minute frim appartment front door and lots of really nice resteraunts in the centre all within walking distance.I could go on and on this place was amazing we visited lots of nearby towns and did lots of exciting things. There is so much to see and do a hire car was our god send we picked this up at the airport and drove all around the driving and the views are stunning Thanks so much to our hosts we loved every minute.Claire and stuart"

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service from Carolina – she was absolutely exceptional. Warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. Valentine was also great – helpful and kind – but Carolina truly stood out. The spa was peaceful and beautifully maintained – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was rich, well-presented, and full of delicious options to suit every taste. And the view from the room was breathtaking – calm and panoramic, adding to the overall serenity of the stay. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back soon."
