« Our party included three generations; the youngest member being 9 years old. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was large and fully stocked with appliances, and the beds were warm and comfy. We all appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. It made our holiday much more festive. But the best part, by far, was the sleds. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve sledding party! My nephew, the 9 year old, sledded everyday and says this was the best Christmas! »

« Our experience was great, the Cabin was lovely and very clean, the beds were comfy and the cabin had everything we needed. The communication with the Host was great as well, answered every question we had and responded quickly. The host provided some sleds which my family took full advantage of and had a great time sledding outside. Small town of Nederland was close by and we were able to grab a bit and also pick up groceries. Definitely will book again if I am ever in town. »

« This was a great place to gather with family. We are all adults that do not require high end stays to appreciate our surroundings or each other. Not fancy by any means, but serves as a great place to gather & rest your head. Limited supplies in kitchen so come prepared and bring your own water. Faucet water is not clear in color, so bring plenty of drinking water too! Beautiful surroundings right outside your door. »

« My first bad review ever — We made a reservation through Expedia. We showed up to no one there. No answer on the phone number listed. We contacted Expedia. They could not get in touch with the owners at any number, published or private to Expedia. It took over an hour on the phone with Expedia but they got us another room in another town. Thanks to Expedia we ended up at a much better place. This place is run down looking and old. I would not recommend it. »

« This two bedroom house was very clean and had a great front porch for us to hang out on in the beautiful Colorado weather. We loved that both bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. The host was very easy to work with as well. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Good experience, great for after Red Rocks shows, had a propane heater (it snowed, so this was key), clean bed. Property had some old cars and things on it, but great views in most directions. Not luxe, but what we needed and as described. »
