"The room was very dirty. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The air vent in the bathroom had 1/2 inch of dust and build up on it. There was hair all on the carpet. It you walked on the floor hair hung on your feet. There was hair on the counter in the bathroom and the night stand. The floor in the elevator and hall had something spilled and not cleaned up and it had been there so long it has turned black. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"I've stayed here before and this time, it made more sense for me to stay in Florence. But my experience was so good, I decided to stay here again and drive to Florence! Extremely wonderful staff goes above and beyond. Very clean, cool room, big shower with great water pressure and outstanding breakfast! "

"The host is absolutely amazing! So kind and I had completely open communication. I was able to extend my checkout time with no issues. The house was extremely clean and ready when I arrived. My family and I enjoyed this stay so much. Kid friendly with games, toys and even an arcade. We have decided this will be our yearly place from now on. Very pleased! "
