This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the desirable Seven Points neighborhood offers comfort and convenience. You'll love being able to walk to the University of North Alabama (UNA), along with an array of restaurants, a grocery store, antique shops, a hair salon, and a barber. This classic red brick house with a distinctive green roof boasts a large front porch perfect for relaxing and a spacious back patio ideal for entertaining. Situated on a corner lot, there's plenty of open space. Inside, the primary bedroom is a serene sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet. Need to get some work done? A large work desk with a rolling chair and a touch work light with a USB outlet sits conveniently beneath the TV. The second bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering two comfortable twin beds, an Astroids arcade game, toys, and books. The hallway provides a practical laundry room with a small folding counter, and the hall bathroom includes a tub and shower combo. We've taken care of the essentials: towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and lotion are all provided. Step into the inviting living room, furnished with a cozy couch and recliner, and enjoy entertainment on the large smart TV (found in all rooms!). While the fireplace is decorative, it adds a touch of charm. We were pleasantly surprised to find microwave popcorn in the coffee basket. That was perfect on our first cold, rainy, night. We were also tickled by the couch and chair in the living room being power recliners. The walk in shower is larger than it appears to be in photographs. In truth, the whole en-suite primary bathroom/closet is HUGE. Our dogs appreciated the throw blankets in the living room, and were quite pleased with the smart TV so they could still watch their favorite YouTube videos while we were out touring The Rosenbaum House. If you happen to be in town on a Saturday- we enjoyed the smoked sausage and sides from Fourth Planet BBQ. Just be prepared to wait in line- as it is only open one day a week from noon until it is sold out. Mr Hui’s Peacock express had EXCELLENT Orange Chicken and salt and pepper pork ribs. (And is SUPER close by!) The host was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Everything was clean and updated, it looked to have been just remodeled! We were in Florence to visit our son and daughter in law. The larger clothes basket in the master bath and K-cups in the kitchen were a nice thoughtful addition. As was the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both baths. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking ware and utensils.This a very nice, restful place for a small family or a business person that prefers a house instead of a hotel room and at a better price!We would definitely stay again if available. ##### Rob L.
