The private beach was a plus. Easy access to Georgetown, Little Exuma, grocery stores, and Browns Marina. My biggest suggestion is to move the sign on the street to the entrance of the property. The sign directs you to a horrible, horrible unpaved road that was difficult to drive! Please move the sign! They have a boat dock so you can dock your boat if you're renting from one of the agencies that lets you keep it overnight. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but honestly, not bad. The property is located on a beautiful calm beach. It has everything you'll need to spend a few days or longer. The owners are incredibly nice just like everyone else on the island. Very clean. The back porch is where we spent most of our time. Had to buy our own toiletries (shampoo/soap) because the property only provided body lotions. The private road leading to the villas was pretty rough.
