This two storey villa is located in a prime position at February Point resort estates and is one of only a very small number of properties that are right on the beach. • Clean and comfortable spacious family home. • Ideal for couples or families. • Private sandy garden and beach right outside • Just a few feet from the ocean • Located in a secure and upscale resort estate • Fabulous dining at the close-by resort Rusty Anchor restaurant • Beautiful Beach Club with Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi, umbrellas and loungers • En-suite master bedroom with spectacular ocean views to wake up to. • Well equipped kitchen • Fast Fiber Internet and TVs • Parking for 2 cars • Great base for visiting the Swimming Pigs. • Full length/width privacy curtains downstairs and upstairs master bedroom. • King size bed in master bedroom • Queen size bed in guest bedroom, with en-suite bathroom. From the villa, you can take a morning dip in the warm ocean or in the fresh water infinity pool at the Rusty Anchor beach club or just relax and enjoy the endlessly changing colors of the ocean and skies from the comfort of the large wrap around veranda or private sandy garden. The crystal clear waters for which Exuma is renown, is just a few feet from the villa, where you can safely swim, snorkel or fish. If you are looking to keep in shape, you can work out at the resort fitness centre or have a gentle game of tennis at one of the two floodlit courts. There is something for everyone at our lovely home. The villa will accommodate four people comfortably but, in some situations, we may agree to a fifth guest if requested before booking. If we agree, we will provide a comfortable foldaway bed in the guest bedroom. The resort has a stunning infinity freshwater pool and sandy beach at the Beach Club, which is a 3-minute walk away and is available to guests. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance. Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy. The location was perfect - gated community, walk to the restaurant, bar, community pool and beach. Very easy drive to town and fabulous nearby beaches (Jolly Hall was fab!) But the best part was the house. Our “backyard” was the ocean! We saw a turtle, many fish, found a large conch. Played with starfish (gently and put them back,) Next time we’ll rent a boat and tie it up behind the house! The house is extremely well appointed, especially the kitchen where I even managed to make a full Christmas dinner in the enormous oven! The views from the villa are just stunning and Exuma itself is a dream come true. The beds are super comfortable and we all felt very at home at February Point. There is a communal pool right next to the villa which the kids loved using. We made use of the Rusty Anchor restaurant on site and the food and service was great. We also had massages at the spa which my husband and I agreed were the best we'd ever had!Before we arrived Phil and Denise were always available to answer my (frequent) questions and were really helpful.If you're not sure, just book! The property is in a great location with a fantastic restaurant on grounds. The owner was helpful with suggestions for businesses to use and places to go on island. The home was clean. With all of that said, when we arrived there were issues right away. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker and cools but not like it should. There were two empty ice trays left in the freezer and only two paper towels left on the only paper towel roll in the house. I was told the property manager would bring paper towels but he/she never did. The water pressure was LOW! It was so low that one of the showers was not able to be used at all. I was told it was due work being done on the water pipes and was an issue all over the island. We spoke with several people that said their water pressure was fine. At one point we had absolutely NO water. The owner sent his maintenance man out. The maintenance man said the property needs a water pump installed because there is not enough pressure to push the water upstairs properly. When I relayed the message to the owner he said they had been considering installing a pump and a new refrigerator. So these were clearly known issues. The door on the master shower was broke as well. Also, the ac stops in the middle of the night causing us to wake up hot every night. The property has so much potential but is not well maintained. Out of all the places we snorkeled on the island, the sea life right off our front porch was the most impressive. We saw a sea turtle, several starfish, conchs, a stingray, and multiple species of fish. The villa is just a short walk from the restaurant and spa, where I had the best ocean-side massage! Even during bad weather, the view was stunning. We would absolutely recommend this villa. The owners were very responsive and polite! We were able to have our taxi from the airport be our driver all week. We rented a Jeep from Airport Car Rental. While expensive, it was worth it since we did encounter some very rough patches of roadway. We were fortunate to be visiting the island during Regatta. It was a really fun week. Also, we highly recommend renting a boat from Minns. We spent several days out on the water and exploring the beaches and sandbars. You absolutely cannot appreciate the beauty of Elizabeth Harbour unless you are on the water. It's probably the most beautiful water we've ever seen. The pictures we took do not do it justice, it's truly beautiful! ##### Life P. The kitchen was very well equipped to make cooking anything you wanted a breeze. Beds were comfortable. It immediately relaxes you. Their beach is full of starfish, fish and turtles to get to see. The Villa is just the perfect place - well-appointed, and comfortable. Shopping, food store, restaurants and boat rentals were all minutes away. Loved the ability to snorkel/swim right outside the home but be sure to bring water shoes as the beach is extremely rocky once you descend the stairs towards the water. Wendy, the property manager, was extremely responsive and gave us great beach recommendations. Owners were always quick to respond as well! The pools are very close to the unit, which was great for the kids. We are a very active family so I did miss a kayak or paddle board- it seemed most of the units around us had this feature included with the rental. Overall though this a really comfortable home in a great location and we highly recommend! ##### Michelle E. The location is incredible, Just minutes away from Georgetown groceries etc. they have multiple swimming pools for the kids and a restaurant on the property.
