It is situated in front of the Villa Croce park, in an exceptional location for public transport, with services, shops, restaurants, and pharmacies within easy reach. The apartment offers 4 comfortable sleeping spaces, all newly furnished and meticulously maintained, just a few minutes' walk from the city center and the historic center. Art, Antiques, Architecture, Smart Mobility, and Smart City The area is centrally located, overlooking the new eastern waterfront (Fiera del Mare, the site of the International Boat Show, the Palasport, as well as the nautical base and Euroflora25), and is characterized by the presence of numerous services just steps from the house. There are 5 neighborhood supermarkets, 3 pharmacies, 4 tobacconists, a dozen restaurants, 3 pizzerias, and several bars, including some well-known ones for their location and fame (Rotonda di Carignano, Mattoni Rossi, Ricchebono bistro, Hotel Melia 5 stars, a cinema, the Modern Art Museum in the Villa Croce park (directly across from the house), one of the oldest sports facilities in Genoa currently undergoing renovation, and a scenic promenade that in just a couple of kilometers takes you to the heart of the city. On the seaside, there’s a promenade leading west towards Porto Antico (Aquarium and Museum of the Sea) and the historic center, and to the east, in 300 meters, you reach Corso Italia and Boccadasse. Also nearby is the oldest hospital in Genoa with an emergency room. Therefore, the location is optimal, in a very quiet neighborhood, well-served by public transport with line 35 connecting to Principe station and the city center, and line 13 from Brignole railway station.
