"We love staying at this hotel every year when we go to Frankenmuth. The rooms are comfortable, especially the beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. We really enjoy the breakfast with hot foods - eggs, sausage, a pancake machine, and it’s within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. River Place Shops are right across the street."

"The room was very clean. Toilets are very close to the floor and the 2 of us have back problems so it was difficult for us plus their elevator did not work and had to walk up stairs to our room. The staff was polite but did not engage a lot with them. The breakfast was very bland. Egg circles, sausage, cereal, bagels but no cream cheese. You could make your own waffles which was a plus. Toast, muffins, OJ and coffee but where it was served was very clean. The place in a whole as far as we could see was clean."

"My only complaint would be the baseboards in our bathroom clearly haven't been cleaned in a very long time. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely book here again."

"The rooms were cleaned and the beds are amazing, the front desk staff were so sweet and informative. The pool and got tub were clean and great temperatures. The breakfast buffet was fantastic everything for everyone. The 5:30. Kickback was a pleasant surprise and a pretty cool idea, we never stayed at a Drury Inn and now we are for sure always try to very satisfied and both my children and husband feel the same. We had a 2 bed queen room and it was a good size."

"Staff was excellent, we were both very happy with our stay. The nightly snacks from 5-7pm were a pleasant treat. It was quiet and clean. Parking was good too. All in all a very good stay."

"I requested a room with a walk-in shower which I did receive but my room was on the 3rd floor! I asked the desk clerk why they would have handicapped rooms on the 3rd floor and he replied that was a corporate question. He agreed with me that the room should be on the first floor and couldn't answer my question of how a handicapped person would get to the first floor if the power went out."
