Ideally located, only 10 minutes from the City Center of Nîmes, our villa is close to all the tourist sites of Provence and 30 minutes from the beaches.


Concerning the exteriors, the house is installed on 600 M2 of garden where you will have:
  - a Jaccuzi provided for 5 people with 2 reclining places and 3 seats .
- a contemporary flat-bottom swimming pool of 7.5M by 4M, with an American beach allowing you to bask in the water .
- a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people with barbecue and plancha, but also 2 relaxation areas to read or sip a cocktail in the greatest calm.

At your disposal a gym with weight bench, punching bag with gloves and desktop publishing, electronic dartboard, 5 bikes from 29 to 26 inches and a pétanque field opposite the house .....

Inside the house you will enjoy:
   - a large living room with TV, Wifi, Blue ray, Amplifier for the sound system, and in the kitchen all the necessary utensils as well as the tea towels .
- a 1st bedroom of 25 M2 with 160 bed
   - a 2nd bedroom of 18 M2 with 140 bed .
- a 3rd of 14 M2 with 140 bed .
- upstairs, a parental suite of 35 M2 with 160 cm bed, shower room and WC, as well as a sleeping area with closed door which accommodates a 9 th sleeping area with its 90 cm bed.

All linens and towels will be provided.

The beaches of Grau du Roi, Grande motte, and Saintes Marie de la mer are only 30 minutes away !!

Many walks will await you to visit the Camargue with the Vacarés pond only 30 minutes away, the fortified town of Aigues Mortes, the Pont du Gard, the Cévennes ...
