"The room was nice and cold but the shower did leak a lot. And the 2 men at the front desk were wonderful but the ladies in the morning on 6/28 were very rude and not helpful at all and the restroom by the front desk was disgusting there was crap all over the toilets and when I let the ladies up front know they just said ya we know but shushed me off. But besides that we had a great visit to that city"

"I like the fact that from the time I got to the hotel, the gentleman greeted me with the utmost respect. He was super helpful with the process. Once I got to the room it was clean and huge. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was seen throughout the area cleaning and helping residents. Free parking was also available."

"Check in was easy, rooms are clean and have a lot of room. The 2 beds both squeaked when you got on them and when we moved, pillows are thin, we requested 2 more pillows and they came up pretty fast to deliver them. Other than the squeaky beds we didn’t have any complaints. The mattresses are ok. The building is in the perfect location for us. There are shops and food places very close and it is close to where my family lives so we are repeat customers. If you plan on using the stovetop you need to bring your own pans, dishes, & utensils. We will stay again next time we visit family."
