The property was very nice. The pool area was great! Breakfast was very good. The only 2 bad things in the room were the air conditioning was so loud and didn’t keep the room cool and the bathroom sink didn’t have a stopper and smelled really bad. It was difficult to brush my teeth because of the smell.

Very clean hotel, the rooms were comfortable. They have a very clean station for breakfast which my family enjoyed, staff were working on restocking and keeping it nice and clean. Parking is convenient and not overwhelming to find parking. Easy exit to get into freeway.

I didn’t expected Spa is closed. If you tell on hotel.com that the spa is closed then I will find another hotel. The tv in our room are horrible! The CC isn’t working at all! Time for you to upgrade new tv than the old tv! Breakfast are champ so do the coffee too!

Good breakfast. Friendly staff! It was a busy weekend for them so we weren't able to check at 3pm. Room was very spacious! We were right next to the stairs, so there was alot of noise here and there but that's about the only negative thing. I would definitely come back if I'm ever on that side again!

I found the political news on the big screen in my face at breakfast a very unpleasant way to greet the morning. My feeling is that if you're going to have a big screen that is imposing to everyone, then put a pleasant nature scene loop or something other than the awful news that dominates. For this reason, this will be my last stay at this hotel, next time we travel to the area we will try another property.

The rooms were clean, the staff vary friendly, breakfast was excellent, parking excellent, the room was vary expensive, vary noisy at night all night, the hotel third part booking said that holiday express had complimentary pets up to two included in the price, when booked, it was supposed to cost under $300.00 for three nights including our dog and ended up costing $547.00 instead, make sure you call them and check before you show up for the surprise.
