"Check in was good. Had to change rooms at 5 am due to no hot water in shower. They should have been aware if room was properly cleaned. Also the shade was broken and lying on the floor. New room the coffe maker wasn’t working. Nobody available to get us a new one. We were offered use of the coffee bar, it only served Espressos and Latte’s. We do not drink those. Had to wait 2 hours for coffee to be available in the lobby. The only ability the staff has to solve issues is to switch your room which in very inconvenient. The gym was great."

"The place is quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast can use a little attention. Other than that, maybe a place to hang your towel after a shower. Room was big. There is a Denny's right next door and an In and Out across the street so you have your food covered. I would stay here again. "

"The bedding was clean, but there were obvious dirty areas on walls and tables from previous guests. They do not deep clean. The shower was tricky to turn on, with no instructions. The TV remote didn't work. The bathroom door was permanently locked. It's a decent place to stay if you just need to sleep. "

"My family and I booked a last minute one night stay at this hotel after spending a day at Gilroy Gardens. For the price this place was great! Very spacious room and comfortable beds. The balcony off the room was a nice add-on too. The smart TV was great to connect to streaming apps for the kids. The breakfast was surprisingly great with a lot of options, just wished for better fresh fruit options. The pool and hot tub were clean, but no pool towels were out there. The front desk staff was very helpful but not the best attitude. My only concern about this place would be staying on a busy weekend. You can hear people walking past your door, there is no soundproofing. We didn't seem to have anyone near us when we stayed so we lucked out, but definitely something that could be an issue."

"The motel fits its name. Nothing fancy. Basic room - two beds, tv, wifi, wall a/c and heater, shower pressure is slow but adequate, toilet area is tight (I can fit but if your body type is “rounder” then maybe not)."
