Last resort overnight

Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal

Hotel pour 1 nuit seulement

Hotel décevant en qualité/prix. La chambre, beaucoup de poussière, climatisation non reglable et quasi inexistante, obligé douvrir la fenêtre la nuit pour de la fraîcheur. Le petit déjeuner très moyen la aussi par rapport au prix, il manque toujours quelque chose... Seul point positif, le personnel accueillant et agréable.

La chambre est petite mais si on réserve directement sur le site de l'hôtel et non pas sur une plateforme comme hôtel.com le prix est tout à fait raisonnable la deuxième que j'ai passé j'ai payé 58 € en passant directement par l'hôtel au lieu de 76 € par le site de Hotels.com. Le petit plus : le plateau bouilloire thé, café car le petit-déjeuner est à 13 euros.

Hôtel sans Climatisation , si vous la voulez il faudra rajouter 15€ pour avoir une chambre « supérieure «  avec Climatisation . Malheureusement cette dernière devait être en panne car ne faisait que brasser l air ambiant . D après l acceuil Il faut du temps pour qu elle refroidisse …. Après avoir payer le surclassement pour la climatisation vous recevez un mail disant que vous avez droit à un surclassement gartuit car client vip … A éviter absolument en période estivale avec les chaleur actuelle …

Je suis déçue il faisait très froid à mon arrivée la chambre n’était pas chauffée alors que dehors il faisait -8 degrés. Malgres avoir mis la Clim à fond j’avais froid. Et le coup de grâce ça a été le manque d’eau chaude lorsque je suis allé à l’accueil pour demander on m’a dit oui il y a un plombier qui vient demain sans excuse sans avoir prévenu en amont super…j’ai dû laver les cheveux à l’eau froide et j’ai passé une nuit à avoir froid…je suis tombé malade le lendemain. Malgres avoir rempli leur questionnaire de satisfaction je n’ai même pas eu de retour de leur part…dommage restaurant attenant très bon

Politique de securite du wifi à revoir

Probleme: wifi inutilisable si vous avez un VPN. Donc impossible de travailler avec la connexion de l'hotel.
