This was a wonderful hotel! From check in and overview with Victor, to the most gorgeous and large(modern) room with terrace, to the warm pool, beautiful gardens, wonderful spa, and finally, the superb restaurant with food magnificently cooked by Nancy- it was heaven! Walked into Paradou for dinner one night, and easy ride to St Remy, Les Baux and Arles. Highly recommend!!!❤️

We were upgraded to a very nice and large suite which was great. Very comfortable. Amazing but rather open plan bathroom which was fine, other than the open plan toilet (which had no door). Dining was good and enjoyable. Large swimming pool. Understaffed at times. Overall recommended.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un hôtel plein de charme Cet établissement design, au charme indéniable, offre une atmosphère familiale des plus agréables. Créé en 1996 par un couple belge, il est aujourd’hui tenu par leurs enfants avec un sens du détail et une attention qui font toute la différence. Un grand merci pour l’accueil chaleureux et pour l’upgrade dans une suite absolument incroyable : 70 m² de luxe, de confort et d’intimité, avec une terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Sans oublier les deux splendides piscines qui invitent à la détente. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation !

Beau design mais des choses à améliorer

Hôtel 5 étoiles enclavé dans l’hôtel 4 étoiles « du côté des olivades » gestion commune et parties communes également hormis un bassin de nage réservé au B design. la Chambre avec douche ne comporte pas de coin salon comme indiqué sur hôtel.com. Grande salle de bains au détriment de la chambre (chambre handicapé) mais confortable pour une nuit ou deux. Réveil matinal : des persiennes et pas de rideaux occultants. La direction n’apprécie pas les réservations faites sur sites de réservation. Pourquoi les utiliser? Petit déjeuner banal. Qualité de la croissanterie très en dessous de ce que l’on peut trouver dans un 5 étoiles. service sympathique et efficace. Salles communes très petites. Accueil pas très sympathique et remarques déplacées et blessantes d’une personne de la réception. Incompréhensible Restaurant pas testé à cause de la salle trop bruyante.

Wunderbares Luxushotel in wunderbarer Umgebung

Ein wirklich entspannter Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Umgebung der Provence. Luxuriöse Zimmer mit exzellenten Matratzen, schönes und sauberes Badezimmer und ein wirkliches ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Hier kann man es wochenlang aushalten und Frankreich geniessen!

A peine arrivés, la surprise est d'être suclassés et de bénéficier d'une suite dans une partie de l'hôtel au calme ayant sa propre piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et très complet. Le cadre est fantastique, le personnel souriant et disponible. Je conseille de séjourner dans cet établissement à toute personne passant dans les environs.

Un très bon choix.

Hôtel boutique 5 étoiles à Paradou , à quelques minutes en voiture des Baux de Provence.Situation idéale pour visiter les Baux , St Rémy , Arles et même Avignon. Notre chambre ( design avec douche ) la moins chère de l’établissement était magnifique. Vaste salle de bain , toilette séparé, terrasse en rez de jardin avec transats , vue sur les oliviers , côté piscine ( chauffée à 27 alors qu’il faisait assez froid en mai) ,belle literie , mini cave à vin , rien ne manque... Personnel très sympathique, restaurant gastronomique. Un sans faute.
