It was 104 degrees outside and 93 degrees inside our room at 11 pm. We approached the front desk 6 or 7 times about this, they finally moved us to the room next door, it was 85 degrees at 11 pm the next night. The AC does not work and they will do nothing to assist you nor discount your stay for the camping-like atmosphere. The hotel is old and needs updating, rooms were serviced inconsistently, never swept or cleaned our floors a single time during an 8 days stay nor replenished pool towels or water in the room. To their credit they did tells us the room had no AC, about 12 hours before our arrival, while we were on a plane coming from the states so we had absolutely no other options but to stay there or book a room in a city about 40 minutes away. Avoid at all costs. 1.5 star hotel at best.
