Palm Tree Escape is the perfect place to break away from the everyday doldrums in sunny Galveston! ▸Freshly remodeled with new colors of calming blues and grays, overhauled lighting , an updated bathroom with a rain shower head and much more! ▸ Dogs are accepted but must be approved and $150 pet fee paid during the reservation process and registered a the complex upon arrival. Things to note: \*\*\*As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5\. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period. 3.. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
