Enjoy this large (1,116 s.f.) two-bedroom and two full bath condominium with 2 KING beds that is located on the third floor with a view of the swimming pool and the Gulf of Mexico from the living/dining and patio areas. Walk into the open concept living/dining room large and roomy for both short and long term vacations to the beach. Guests may enjoy the Gulf facing patio from both the living area and the primary bedroom areas. The living area features a 55", flat-screen smart television with Infinity cable. You will love the large leather couch with chaise in the den. The fully equipped kitchen includes full size side by side refrigerator with ice maker, full electric oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. All of the dishes, utensils and cooking implements needed are supplied in this property including a small and large crock pot & air fryer! The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and 32" flat-screen television. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower - larger than most, The second bedroom also features a king-size bed and 32" television. The full second bath features a combination shower/tub. Also features two twin roll-away beds that are stowed in the closed - convenient to use wherever you like. There is a full size washer and dryer off the kitchen for guest use. An inflatable queen bed air mattress with electric pump is also provided. THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. The is a gated community. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. NOTES This condo is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. However "The View at the Top is Always Worth the Climb!" Be prepared to take 2 flights of stairs to the front door. All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a parking fee per vehicle. The fee is $40 for the first 3 nights or $50 for 4 or more per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn. When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure. Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators. Outside/exterior vidoe security surveillance is present at this complex for the security of the home and our guests. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spotlessly clean, most comfort beds. The view from the patio couldn’t be better both pool and gulf view. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Everything we needed for our pre-cruise stay including a beach wagon, beach chairs, raft and beach towels. Conveniently located next to Walmart. Found our condo, but the minute we walked in the door, we were slapped in the face with the musty smell of mold. The condo looked exactly as described and was beautiful inside as was the view of the pool and gulf. We did reach out to property mgr after we had been there for a couple of hours as we originally thought it might be the filter but no word until the next day. There wasnt really a solution offered. The smell was so bad that my husband who has a mold allergy had to go to a hotel. The rest of us were able to tolerate it. Unfortunately we didn't feel like the air cleared a bit until we were checking out 2 days later. Also there were no beach towels which were promised but never came. Overall a beautiful but disappointing stay. If you have any mold allergies or respiratory issues, I would not recommend staying here unless this issue was resolved. Had it not been for that, it would have been perfect but that really put a damper on our short stay not to mention the extra money spent for my husband to sleep elsewhere for a night after a miserable first night. ##### Nikki H. Here is a list of all the good things with only 1 not perfect:1\. Great view and location. You must cross a busy street to get to the beach. A protected crosswalk is only a half a block away.2\. Comfortable furniture in the livingroom.3\. Very comfortable beds.4\. Shower in master BR is big and has great water pressure. 5\. There are beach chairs and toys with 2 wagons that make it easy to carry to the beach.6\. Two nice pools and one hot tub.7\. The only not so perfect thing is that the "heated" pool was still cold. This place is fantastic! “Fully stocked” does not cover how they thought of everything we could need and so much more. There was a closet of beach supplies that were a great surprise and wonderful to have. The amount of pillows and blankets and towels was bountiful. Such a beautifully decorated and comfortable place! We've stayed in many VRBOs, and this host is top notch - communicates well and is very responsive. The beach was rough on Memorial Day weekend, but the kids loved the pool.
