This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom raised house sleeps 10 and has an open floor plan — a perfect retreat for friends and families looking to make beach memories The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped (dish/glass/bake/silverware, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, a regular filter coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, slow cooker and blender) to make it easy to prepare anything from a big beach breakfast to snacks, cocktails or a dinner featuring the catch of the day. With granite countertops, tons of white cabinetry, and a dining table with seating for four, plus countertop seating for four, you’ll have plenty of space and feel right at home while you’re on vacation. The community pool manager very rudely told us that we would have to pay an extra $100 to use the pool. We explained that we were staying in the community and it was advertised with community pool use. She said that was not true. Do not rent a golf cart in this area. There is nothing near enough to access and no driving on the beach near this location. The home owners chores that they required us to do before leaving was ridiculous, considering they included cleaning fees on top of the cost.
