Had enough room for our group. The bunk room was great for our younger adults. We did enjoy the fact that we could dock our boat. Great canal vibe. We did have an issue with the smoke detector going off at 5 am, but rental company was super responsive and sent maintenance out to help. Only suggestion would be a TV downstairs for guests.
