"Took forever to check in , room not ready till close to 4:00 but we patiently waited in lobby gathering area ,but people checking in after us were getting their rooms rather than getting us to tell us a room was ready. I messaged a couple days prior to ask to be put on the same floor as our friends, not acknowledged or accommodated. We did ask after rooms ready , so they moved us, our friends walked into their room which turned out to still be dirty with dirty dishes all over and horrific curry smell! So they ended up on different floor. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in days , The elevators were dirty, there was a cord stretched across the hallway of the floor my friends were on for the entire time we were there, talk about a tripping hazard. Only 1 ice machine in building. Rooms are spacious and location is good"

"They had lots of great activities for the kids and the staff were great. We unfortunately, had a room in a stairwell and this made sleeping next to impossible. Not sure why they planned on putting a room in a stairwell, but not ideal whatsoever. Each time someone opened the stairwell door, it sounded like someone was trying to come into our room."

"Our children loved staying in a room with bunk beds (had their own door! They were safe and cozy. Beautiful, large and modern size rooms"

"Their entrance system after hours is completely bogus. You have to ring a bell after hours and so when I arrived at 2am, rang the bell, and no ring, no staff, had to wait in the cold for 20+ mins. Why can’t they be a normal hotel and have card entrance available? "

"We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!"

"Building is massive but once adjusted it was great. Amazing rooms, staff was amazing at front desk, only downside was that the pool was freezing. "
