Ideal for a comfortable city break in Madeira Island. This pleasant property offers a bedroom with double bed, decoration in contemporary style, clean and functional, natural light through the access door to the balcony; a bathroom with shower; a fully equipped kitchen with laundry area; a spacious living room, minimalist and elegant style, with a seating area, sofa bed, cable TV, as well as an area with table for meals. The access to the balcony, with sea and garden view, can also be done through the living room, where you will find a space designed for relaxing. Throughout your stay, you may use the gardens and swimming pool of the condominium. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Wi-Fi available in all areas of the property. Apartment on the ground floor. Private parking available. AREA The property is located in Estrada Monumental, in the exclusive condominium Edifício Quinta da Falésia, minutes from Funchal centre. Noble area, quiet, quick and easy access to beaches, public gardens, paddle tennis courts, supermarkets, gyms, pastries, bars, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is close to the Promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos.
