In downtown Funchal, Tanoeiros Residence III

Functional 2-bedroom duplex apartment on the 2nd floor of a historic building, with good natural light and contemporary décor inspired by Madeira’s traditional elements, such as wickerwork and landscapes of old Madeira. Ideal for business or leisure, it offers comfort and convenience for up to 6 guests: two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), each with a bathroom and shower, plus a sofa bed in the living area. Features include a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, guest toilet, cable TV, and Wi-Fi throughout. Building has no elevator.

AREA
Quick access to restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and supermarkets. Close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal’s Old Town, and the Cathedral. Many attractions are within walking distance (cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.). Barreirinha and São Tiago beaches are about 15 minutes away on foot.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
