The bright and inviting living room has a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and airy atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the stunning sea view and fresh air.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

There are two homely bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen-size bed for a restful night’s sleep and a wardrobe for storage.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

As a guest, you'll also have access to fantastic amenities, including a gym, a shared swimming pool, and a peaceful lake area.

Guests should be aware that there may be some daytime noise due to ongoing works in the surrounding area, as well as frequent foot traffic or passage nearby.

Please note that this property features a private elevator to the beach, available for guest use.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
