This T1 has the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 4 people, and has 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, also with access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Property with air conditioning. AREA The property is a 2-minute walk from the Miradouro da Nazaré, which offers an incredible view over the city of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. The building is roadside and close to a public bus stop, bakeries and restaurants. The great advantage of this accommodation is that it is a 7-minute drive from Funchal city centre and relatively close to the expressway accesses that take you quickly to other locations. Enjoy your stay to explore the four corners of Madeira Island, but if you choose to stay in Funchal, know that the capital offers countless experiences and activities! On your way to Funchal, visit the emblematic Quinta Magnólia Garden, which has a wonderful playground for children, picnic areas, tennis courts, paddle courts, a restaurant and a café with a fantastic terrace. In the centre of Funchal, don't miss the experience of taking a cable car to Monte or the Botanical Garden, and don't miss places like the CR7 Museum, the Funchal Marina, the Santa Catarina Park or the Baltazar Dias Theatre. It is even perfectly equipped for cooking and washing your cloth. There are good restaurants and bakeries for breakfast in very close walking distance. It is quiet with a nice view. Nov 25, 2025 #### Good stay The apartment was clean and well equipped.Perhaps a few more basic instructions on how to use the hob and oven would be beneficial. We are not use to induction hobs but we did manage to figure it all out! No English channels on the large flat screen TV but you did get Sky News! The views from the balcony were far reaching. The road did provide some traffic noise which did disturb us but we live in a very quiet area so were probably more susceptible to it. The bed was very comfortable but the sofa was not! Be careful with the shower, it can go from cool to very hot in an instant when turning the flow leaver. There was a problem with the door lock to the main entrance door but they got it replaced so will not be an issue with future guests. Communication with the Island Apart staff was very good, they replied very quickly to any queries/problems. A tip, the local BOLT taxis were excellent and cheap, almost cheaper than the bus! ##### Grahame W.
