Completely furnished and equipped, the apartment is served by a kitchen and its laundry, a complete sanitary installation, a modern and comfortable room that pleasantly combines two spaces, the living and the dining room, and a cozy bedroom. De plus, on a un accès direct au supermarché ce qui est très pratique pour les courses puisqu'il ferme à 23h. Il est situé en face du marché local et à deux pas du centre ville et centre historique. This is a lovely apartment. Very clean. Well supplied. Good location. Safe. The grocery store in the basement is also a plus. Marco, the owner of the apartment was very kind to us and always easy to get hold of if we needed help, or advice on what to see and do. Marco. Gerald’s broken collar bone above his only working arm meant we had a different kind of vacation. And, I had to manage all the luggage. When you arrived the morning we were leaving to help move our luggage from the apartment to the taxi ... such help is beyond what most people would expect from a landlord. Very central and Old Town and shopping district within walking distance. Garage space included and easy to access after touring Madeira. The apartment was really nice and felt very personal - felt like staying in someone´s home. Well equipped and very convenient having a huge supermarket within elevator reach.
