Communication was good and place was clean and good facilities except would like metal knife, fork and spoon…also tricky to figure out heating and one air conditioner/heater not working. Lift service advertised was great :)

Clean place!!

The house was vey clean and well maintained. The location was almost perfect if you are visiting Mt Fuji or Fuji Q Highland amusement park. One advice for oversea visitors, make sure to send a picture of your passport to receive the passcode to enter the house.

AC/Heat very inconsistent, either too hot of cold yet remote was left in a visual spot for the unit. Check in was frustrating as code was not given even tho we received a ambiguous email asking for a reply if we were going to be late yet it was required regardless to get the entry code. That was a challenge as we received several emails with portions of a email address that would not copy without a circle with an exclimation in it. finally sorted after several back and forth's.. arbnb's have been easier to gain entry.

富士急ハイランドで遊んだ後、チェックインが遅くなりましたが、丁寧に対応して頂き、宿泊先で、ゆっくり休むことができました。コンビニもすごく近くて便利でした。

３階のダブルルームに泊まりました。同じ階にあと２部屋あり、共用のダイニングとキッチン、トイレ、お風呂があって自宅のような造りでくつろげました。写真で見るより新しく清潔感がありタオルやお布団も柔らかく、このお値段でここまでは期待していなかったので非常に満足しました。
調理器具、食器、冷蔵庫、トースターなど自宅で使うようなものがたいてい揃っている。
共用のスペースで食事をすることができる。長期滞在向者け。
お部屋にはバスタオル、フェイスタオル、歯磨きセットが用意されている。

Si je reviens à fujiyoshida, je reviendrais à cette maison! Propre, spacieuse, confortable et pratique. Avec un propriétaire serviable et qui nous a aidé très rapidement. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour 4 personnes.

スタッフの方に会う事なく、鍵の暗証番号でチェックインするタイプが初めてだったので少し不安がありましたが、最初の連絡で開け方も丁寧にメールで送られてきたので簡単でした。 部屋も綺麗にされていてベットもフカフカでよかったです。
