Having the little fenced yard was great for our dog to use, and they had a pooper scooper on site to use which was a bonus! Furniture was comfortable, bed was nice, room was clean. « You access the apartment by going thru the garage, and up stairs- the place was clean, cute, and comfortable- we were there to see my son graduate from CMU, and we walked to the stadium which was perfect. We left our car in the garage, and didnt have to worry about graduation parking since it was only about 5 blocks. « Location of the property was great. Really close to downtown and restaurants. Booking, check-in, communication with the owner all were super easy and so nice. Questions answered quickly. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with toiletries and even Starbucks k-cups snd cream! The only constructive criticism we had was that the air conditioner unit was really loud within the space. Other than that, we couldn’t have asked for any more. Would stay here again. »

« It was all good but the temperature in the room was never very comfortable. It was very hot outside and the cooler in the room was not able to keep up. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable. Keurig coffee pot is perfect for one or two people. Microwave and small dorm fridge tucked out of sight.
