Once a hotel 100 years ago, this building has been renovated for modern guests while still maintaining original charm and a true downtown feel. Each apartment is one-of-a-kind with fun design elements and comforts including fast WIFI and on-site laundry! Walk one block to Fruita's main street and enjoy world-class mountain biking and endless outdoor recreation within minutes!
