Plenty of space to relax! Tarn Landing C-4 is a beautiful ONE BEDROOM PLUS LOFT condo near Lake Dillon and the Summit County bike path. One feature of this condo that sets it apart from other one bedroom plus loft condos is 3 full bathrooms. C-4 is a two level condo on the second floor of the building. Built in the summer of 1999, it boasts a nicely finished interior and quality furnishings throughout. Other features of this condo are a fully equipped kitchen for as much or as little cooking as you would like to do on your vacation, a gas fireplace, and WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS in the unit. There are also common area hot tubs located outside the building. Bedding goes King bed in the master bedroom and Queen bed with an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the loft and one more Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The loft is spacious and the kids all hung up there with plenty of room. While stocked just fine — that is really where it ends. The furnishings could use some updating and the place would be amazing! Hint to others who stay; then the heat up higher than you think you need to when you first get there, otherwise the main floor bedroom is frigid … like wear your snow hat to bed and grab any spare blankets frigid. But once it warms up, it is lovely to have the radiant floor heat! ##### Shannon F.
