"The rental itself is quite nice - very well refurbished and modern, clean appearance. Very comfortable stay. The apartment complex itself is fine but nothing fancy. Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app...

"This is our second time staying at this property. It is in a wonderful location close to anything you will need while on vacation. The views of the mountains are amazing. The unit is really spacious and clean. We experienced an issue with the door keypad needing a battery. I notified Daniel and new batteries were replaced quickly. All communication to Daniel was addressed rather quickly. We will definitely stay again at this property. Thank You Daniel."

"We had a great time at this condo. Could walk to Main Street shops. Fun indoor outdoor pool for kids plus two hot tubs, one inside and one outside. Very clean. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer. Beautiful creek just outside."

It is a small 2 bedroom but comfortable for the three of us and a fourth would have been fine. Very convenient to Frisco main street. We walked to everything in the evenings. We were not sure where to take trash and couldn't find it in the property book. Skiing Breck, Keystone, and Vail all short drive. Definitely would book again."

"Just a few blocks away from downtown Frisco, and easy access to the bike trails. Be warned, condo is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Normally wouldn’t have been a problem, but we came from Florida and we were really struggling with the altitude and stairs. Otherwise, we were happy with the accommodations."
