Check them out! Come stay with us! New starting 9/1/23-a 4 seater golf cart included in rental Visit us in our newly refurbished, ocean view villa number 316\. We created 2 new ensuite baths upstairs attached to each bedroom as well as remodeled the full downstairs bathroom. We replaced the beds in the second bedroom with 2 new full XL beds for more sleeping comfort. All bedding and linens were also replaced including all new pillows. New King bed with new linens. Call or e-mail for rates! See the ocean when you awaken in the morning from your bedroom. We are steps from the pool and 100 steps to the beach. Our pool can be used without the purchase of amenity cards and is for the private use only of owners and guests of Capt. John Fripp villas phase I&II. The Capt. John Fripp Villas Phase I&II are located in a convenient mid-island location. Our beach has an easy stair crossover just steps from our back door with beach access at all tides. We are located across from the tennis courts and next to the Beach Club. If you enjoy biking, walking, or just sitting with a good book listening to the ocean, Fripp is the place for you. Two golf courses are located on the island and many others are on surrounding islands. We are Fripp Club members which allows you to buy amenity cards which will provide full access to all Fripp activities for you and your family. WE ARE FULL CLUB MEMBERS AND HAVE ACCESS TO AMENITY CARDS. CARDS WILL BE FOR 7 NIGHTS IF STAYING A FULL WEEK OR 4 DAY CARDS FOR LESS THAN WEEK STAY. We have stayed at Fripp for the last 6 years, and always love it! Fripp is perfect for those who enjoy the peace and quiet - we had the pool and beach almost entirely to ourselves for the whole trip! We recommend picking up all groceries at Walmart/Publix on the way to the island. Check out the very small nature center on the island, our kids had a great time seeing the snakes/turtles (bonus, it’s free!). We have stayed at several of the condos in the Captain John Fripp Villas in the past, and this is one of the best. The owner is very kind and responsive, and everything went very smooth! The unit was very clean, and even had an inflatable mattress which was helpful for us! Having a golf cart included is amazing, and is the best way to get around the island. It was clean and plenty of towels. Location was perfect and the golf cart very convenient. The host was easy to communicate with and was very nice. If I had any negative it was that the upstairs AC didn’t cool as much as we would have liked. We kept at 71 per instructions and it actually seemed to cool better during the day. It would climb to 76 at night and our family runs a bit hot and likes it a little cooler to sleep. Downstairs stayed plenty cool! Other than that it was perfect! ##### Cathy H.
