"We had an amazing stay here! Tonya was so accommodating and friendly, so quick to respond anytime we reached out, and really made us feel welcome like family. The views from the back deck are incredible and the location is close to everything. It is right next to the marsh boardwalk part of the bike trail and our kids could ride the bikes across and we could watch from the back porch. The 2 golf carts and bikes made for a great way to explore the island. We also had a week long family competition with the ring swing game on the back porch - which made for great memories. I grew up staying at Fripp and am now bringing my family. This house was just the right speed and size for us. We highly recommend this home. Tonya was the best host we've ever had with a VRBO."

"Perfect location to discover all that Fripp has to offer! Quiet street with lots of deer in the yard. Nice screened in front porch with chairs. House decor is dated but everything was clean and furniture was comfortable. We would return!"

"Communication was easy and quick. When we arrived, the house was 83 inside and they had it handled right away but it did take a while for things to cool down. Things were ok otherwise, but I would suggest they fix a few things for future visitors. The downstairs bedroom, to us, was not usable. Thankfully we didn’t need the extra space and everyone slept upstairs because the ceiling down there was full of what looked like water damage/mold and holes and it smelled like mildew. There were also two roaches crawling down there when we first arrived and decided no one would sleep down there. The refrigerator was missing the door shelf bars so we couldn’t use that storage at all for jars, sauces, etc. The pantry light didn’t work. The sink in the shared bathroom upstairs was clogged and unusable. The patio lounge furniture was sun baked and cracking, and the outdoor table was rusting. The rug in the dining room was very stained and gross-looking. Although these things didn’t make our stay terrible, it did make us not want to return to this house. We did enjoy the large, cozy living room and comfortable recliners, as well as the view of the canal where we got to see dolphins jumping and catch some sting rays! But again, a few upgrades would make this place a lot better for future guests."

"We cannot say enough good things about the property and Barbie and Matt! We’ve been to Fripp five or six times now, and this is our favorite house we’ve ever been in. The house is beautiful, clean, just as described, and the location is fantastic. The included golf cart is also a huge bonus. Barbie and Matt are very helpful and always respond quickly to any questions."

"The perfect accommodations for my retired friends and me to enjoy the beach and pools and bike paths at Fripp. The screen porch was the perfect morning and evening gathering spot. Our host, Ingrid, was prompt in all the communications and even delivered a couple of extra coffee mugs for us. I highly recommend!"

"The location was ideal for us as we were multiple families staying together for a golf tournament. The kitchen was well equipped, except not enough kitchen towels. We had to contact the property management group to come back to do additional cleaning of the outdoor dining area as it was quite dirty. The gas grill was in very poor and dirty condition and frankly needs replaced.Also, it quickly became a parent that there was no hot water our first evening. After doing some of our own troubleshooting, we discovered the breaker to the hot water heater was off. There is also an issue with raccoons in the evening as wellDespite the above issues, beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with hangers. Check in and out was very easy,Space itself seemed smaller than we expected. ."
