"J’ai été bien accueilli, par contre le point négatif est le fait que j’ai choisi cet hôtel pour le prix avec la piscine inclus. À ma surprise à mon arrivé la piscine était fermée et ce jusqu’à mon départ. Les enfants étaient extrêmement déçus. Le service de valet est aussi tres dispendieux, au lieux d’un séjour à 640$ pour trois nuit il a fallut additionner un 40$ usd par jour pour le stationnement. "

"Les chambres donnent sur une rue trèspassante, en face d'un hôpital avec des ambulances sirènes hurlantes h24 ou des hélicoptères. Difficile de fermer l'œil. C'est dommage car l'hôtel a du charme. Le personnel est complètement amorphe. Pas de sourire, pas de bonjour ni d'au revoir. Très froid comme accueil... "

"The hotel was filled with kids for a sporting even held the next days. They spent most of the evening (7 pm to 10pm) running around in hallways without adult supervision. When I addressed the issue with the front desk in person, I was met with the « quiet hours start at 10 » response, and was verbally attacked by one of the adults accompanying some of the children, visibly inebriated, for allegedly scolding the kids (I had only asked them to stop and to tell me where I could find an adult). I basically paid to have a disturbed night with no effort to resolve the matter either at the time of the issue nor the next morning when I checked out. I have reached out to hotel management with no response a week later. "
