We had not received any information prior to showing up about how to access the unit. Instead, when we arrived there was a person that came up to us and showed us how to get in. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would be meeting a person because check in was anytime after 4pm. Would she had still been there if we didn't arrive until later that night? The unit did provide some essentials like a hair dryer and shampoo which was nice. Although it would have also been nice if there was a guidebook of sorts that provided food recommendations and nearby stores. Also would have been nice to have a box fan in the unit. There is a window until which is great, but the air doesn't reach the bed area very well so plug in fans would be a nice addition. The unit was very clean with the exception of under the bed. My son had dropped a toy that rolled under the bed and it was apparent that area had not been cleaned in awhile. Overall our stay was very nice and we were in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Nicole D.
