The home has super comfortable king size beds and all the living room furniture was comfortable also. The kitchen and baths were well equipped with all the things you need and thoughtful touches like a makeup mirror and hooks to hang robes and towels. Has hair dryers, iron, Keurig coffee maker. 5 minute walk to main street. Our son drove to Enchanted rock and it was only about 20 minutes away. We visited wineries, did a safari goat cuddling, went to trade days, zhopping and dining on main street and was happy to come back to Mistletoe House for a peaceful nights rest. It is in a very nice neighborhood and it is an easy 5-minute walk to Main St. We don't like to cook when we're on vacation, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked for those who like to cook and eat in. It had a Keurig stocked with k-cups and plenty of cups for our morning coffee. It has a nice front porch and a screened-in back porch. Additionally, there is a nice sitting area with patio furniture in the backyard. The upstairs bedroom had multiple drawers built into the walls for storage. The ceilings upstairs are sloped. I am 5' 8" and my wife is shorter. I did bump my head a couple of times on the ceiling, but it wasn't an issue for us. Additionally, the shower ceiling is sloped. For me and my wife, it was not an issue. For someone taller than 6' 2", it might be an issue. However, the downstairs bathroom has no height limitations. Overall, a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Ed A. Awesome backyard space. Christmas parade occurred during our stay and the only advice to add is do not cross Main Street to watch, sit on the house side as the parade doubles back and you get to enjoy it twice from the other side of the street.
