Other things to note:
Pool and Hot Tub: The hot tub is heated and available for your enjoyment throughout the year.
Pool heating is available on request during the winter months (January–March). Please note thathe water may take time to warm and might not reach an ideal swimming temperature.

Age Requirements: The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. Any guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay.

Pet fee: A pet fee of 100 USD per pet will be added after your booking is confirmed. We allow a maximum of 3 pets, with a weight limit of 45 lbs per pet

No Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed, and a 500 USD fee will be charged for any violation.

Decorations: Please place all decor, balloons, party favors, and wrapping paper in the designated garbage bins before you check out. An additional cleaning fee may be incurred if these items are
Three king bedrooms plus a twin trundle bed in the upstairs loft sleep 8, with two full bathrooms to keep mornings moving even with the house full. The living room is bright and open with high ceilings and a stone fireplace, and a dedicated workspace sits nearby for anyone who needs to check in on work between winery stops. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar stocked with a variety of coffee pods and flavored syrups, ready for a group that wants to cook a few meals in instead of eating out every night.

Outside, a fully fenced backyard holds a private, heated pool and a six-person hot tub, plus a covered patio with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area.

Location: 2 minutes on foot to Marktplatz park, 2 minutes by car to Main Street, 4 minutes to the National Museum of the Pacific War, 10 to 20 minutes to the best wineries along Wine Road 290, and 21 minutes to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.
