"To whom it may concern My wife and I had a very critical devastating experience involving the shower where is almost got burned. Thank the lord she didn’t suffer burns to her body. I spoke to the front desk to address the problem and the front desk associate was going to send some one to check & fix the problem but nothing was done. With all due respect because of this close call on my wife experience. We would like a total refund, this scary experience traumatize my wife for this getaway. Thank you for the vouchers that you gave us for breakfast. But we appreciate that you can consider our request of full refund. Looking forward in hearing from you or corporate office.
