"We stayed at this hotel for three days, and the rooms were always spotless. Each day, they changed the sheets and emptied the trash. The breakfast was far better than other places, and the staff was always attentive, checking if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend staying here; it's also very close to Legoland, and there are plenty of other stores and restaurants nearby, including a Super Walmart 2 minutes away from the hotel."

"Generally we had a pretty good stay at the Legoland hotel. Proximity to the park was obviously great, though we actually realized that by leaving our car over in the hotel portion of the lot (same cost for parking) that we were further from the park than if we had moved it over to the park spots. The main thing you are paying for is the themed hotel and rooms, which my son loved. We booked a ninjago room since that's his favorite thing right now, but I wish we had been on the pirate level because that was the top floor. The sound proofing is not great and I was awoken around 5am by excited running above us. My son was woken probably around 7am and said "but there are other kids up" because you could hear it all so clearly. And we had sound machines going both in his sleeping area and ours. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. It says it is buffet style but that's just for cereal and toast. Eggs and sausage have to be ordered and brought to you (included) as with pancakes (not included). In the buffet area they were out of bread and chocolate milk. We waited 35 minutes with no food. We finally got the eggs and sausage but no pancakes so we finally flagged down our server to cancel the pancakes because my son said he didn't want them anymore by that point. I'm not really sure why it's not just a continuous assembly line because the only option was scrambled eggs or scrambled egg whites. Staff was great and the play area ih the lobby was nice. We didn't use the pool."

"This was an absolute last resort hotel because I don't like to support companies that work with ICE, which has famously been Hilton. However, driving across the country with pets, options can be limited. Being the last night, it was extremely nice to have a 12pm check out time. However, it was not super nice to have house keeping asking me if I was checking out that day when it was 11:30. We definitely slept in longer than intended but it was really off putting to feel like we are inconveniencing the staff when we aren't doing anything wrong. Not only that but the house keeping person parked her carts right outside of our door, not making it any easier to move quickly. I spoke with the front desk person (Chuck) about this and he apologized and reassured me that I had plenty of time. Upon checking out, we had a nice conversation that left me feeling better about the stay but it's a hard pass from here on out. Extra money can go to a better stay with higher moral standards."
