« The hotel is in a central location with lots to do as far as restaurants and nightlife etc. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We held a wedding for my son at the site and everything went smoothly and we hardly had to lift a finger. 5 Star stay and we will be back! »

« Room was okay. The microwave was very outdated and ragged unable to use. The grounds aren’t safe for families or with kids - lots of construction workers there and truckers come there they sit outside and smoke and drink. It’s not suitable for children; it seems unsafe. »

« We had a spill and when I cleaned it up the rag was filthy. Don't use the bathroom because there's no soap to wash your hands. There's only a small tube of shampoo for two people. There's no soap to wash dishes either. Speaking of dishes, there's a kitchenette but nothing to cook with. There wasn't a coffeemaker in the room, just a microwave and a full size refrigerator/freezer. »

« Only complaint was pool and hot tub were not open. I was really looking forward to that hot tub. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Great coffee. »

« Upon arrival I found out that they did not have the two queen bed that I had originally reserved and was asked if I would take a queen. I explained because it was me, my husband, our 15 year old daughter, and our 3 year old daughter that we would need two beds. I was then offered a king with a sofa sleeper. That was okay with me, but the sofa sleeper’s mattress cover was soiled. »
