"Good location, very nice pool, and host, who lives on site, has very good English and is more than happy to assist. Property itself suffered a number of faults whilst we were there however. Village has bar, restaurant and shop and more facilities are in next village 4 km away. Good base to explore the Var region and less than 1.5 hours from Nice."

"Maison ravissante avec des très beaux meubles j'ai vraiment appréciée. La situation était parfaite au calme, et en même temps visite et commerce à proximité,avec la visite des animaux en plus . La piscine un pure bonheur pour nous mais surtout pour nos enfants qui en ont bien profité avec cette chaleur. Un accueil très agréable avec le sourire que demander de plus."

"This is a fantastic villa, well equipped for a comfortable stay in a stunning location. We really enjoyed the area - swimming and paddle boarding in the lake and cycling. Bauduen is a small village, very pretty with restaurants to enjoy. I really recommend this villa if you like the quiet life - hopefully we will return!"

"Lovely villa overlooking the countryside, very peaceful and secluded but still within a 10 minute drive of everything you need. Good transport links to tourist hotspots and only an hour from Nice airport. Big pool, amazing fruit trees and good sized bedrooms. The hosts were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly and always available to make sure our trip was a success. Would thoroughly recommend!"

The pictures on the listing don’t do justice to great the property is. - the house and outside areas are very well furnished - the kitchen has stocked everything you could ever need. - the pool area was great - well equipped for travelling with a 1 year old - good location for exploring the local area. Christine and husband were very helpful and accommodating on check in. We can’t wait to visit again."
