"We only stayed for one night while traveling through Provence. The location is great in Cotignac, only a short walk to town center where there are many great restaurants and shops. The town is beautiful. The apartment was very clean and seemed newly renovated. It is small but met our needs perfectly. You do have to carry luggage up a couple of flights of stairs but this was not a problem for us."

"Noelle was a great and kind host. Her house is very clean, charming and nicely decorated. My main recommendation is to add a portable AC unit to the house. It would be particularly helpful for the hot summer days and nights that seem to occur more frequently in that region.
We also found out that the WiFi does not work well. This could also be improved."

"Was not able to stay because we got there at 2 in the morning. The host messaged me that we had to pay taxes by 18:00 or they would not leave us room keys. I didn’t get the message in time and we were left exhausted with no where to go."

Lou Calen Retreat

10/10 Excellent
Interesting property , set on a large estate that is constantly being maintained to provide a relaxing and unique experience. We enjoyed a beautiful suite in a converted home which provided a large common area being used by only a handful of suites. Parking was at my back door ( pay parking , but very convenient ) . Our suite had a private back patio with an intimate table for two setting and a coy pond ! very clean and well maintained suite . They staff were very helpful and attended to our...
