The cottage is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and bench. Stay connected with complimentary wifi and catch up on work from the office desk in the bedroom. Complimentary bottles of water, snacks, coffee and toiletries! In addition, the Fort Myers Country Club is less than 5 minutes away and is open to the public, offering endless opportunities for golf enthusiasts. It’s in “Old Fort Myers” and the neighborhood is gorgeous. It’s a cute 1 bedroom 1 bath with a nice sitting area and a full kitchen. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the downtown core and just a short drive down to Fort Myers Beach. I stayed for a month while I was working on a reno on my place just a short drive south. I would have stayed for the month of May but Jeff had it rented out for that time. Jeff is a great host, a great communicator and was very willing to accept a few deliveries I had come to the address. I would not hesitate to stay at this great little spot again and would recommend to anyone wanting a great spot to stay in the Fort Myers area. It was amazingly clean and well appointed. The location was great- right in the middle of a residential area of lovely historic homes. Good for walking and also easy to get to town or out of town. Within walking distance of the Edison estate and about a block from the river. Just lovely. The cottage is behind a larger home and very private. The bathroom was recently remodeled. It was a great size for us as a couple. Parking was off street which was nice. The host provided extensive information prior to our arrival which was useful. I needed a place to stay while working on my house that was damaged by Hurricane Ian. This cottage was ideal for relaxing when I wasn’t on cleanup duty or for working remotely when I wasn’t on cleanup duty. The neighborhood is great and there were ample sidewalks for walking or riding my bike. It’s super convenient to all the nice restaurants in north Ft Myers. Jeff is a great guy to know, in general. As a host he’s super responsive. There were several improvements he made while I was there just because he saw that it would make things easier for me while I was there.
