A design villa with high standards. It is located in one the most beautiful areas in Cape Coral, very convenient also for boaters! Start your exciting boat adventures right from your own boat dock with lift. West exposure and water basin views are another highlight. With 4,520 sqft on 2 floors the villa offers plenty of space for a dream vacation! The high class villa offers two living rooms, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a game room with pool table. Enough space even for two or more families. The many areas inside and outside ensure that everyone enjoys their private retreat! Only high quality materials were used during construction and also in the furnishing and decoration the high quality design was continued. The pool area is second to none: the infinity saltwater pool in great design is an eye catcher with the waterline directly on pool deck level. Large enough to swim some laps and the 360 degree overflow with turquoise blue water make the pool an unique experience. The adjoining large whirlpool is an additional invitation to relax. The generously designed terrace with plenty of sun loungers and lounge furniture offers lots of space to relax and enjoy meals together at the dining table. Due to the south-west orientation of the pool you can enjoy the sun for a long time. In addition, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill is at your disposal. Also from the balcony on the second floor you have a beautiful view and guaranteed gorgeous sunsets! The large living room invites you to relax. Here you will also find an 82 inch TV with Apple TV.For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors with access to the pool area. The master bath is large and brightly designed and also features an outdoor shower. Upstairs is a second living room with pool table and a master bedroom with access to the balcony. Adjacent here too is a luxury bathroom with all the details. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and an adjacent dining area. New and modern kitchen appliances and a Nespresso machine await you. Energy efficiency is important to us, so the villa's hot water is prepared with warm circulating air and there are variously adjustable air conditioning units in the house. In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water. The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa. In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area. We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. All of the rooms are large and everyone feels like they have plenty of room! We went with my parents, in-laws and 2 young children and didn’t feel cramped at all. The house worked for us with the highlight of the heated pool and spa. We rented a pontoon for a couple days that was delivered right to the dock. The house is located close to grocery stores and restaurants. The outdoor space had the most beautiful infinity pool and hot tub. My husband loved the outdoor grill and there was lots of seating for family and friends. We rented a boat for a few days and enjoyed boating thru the canals. The master bath was like going to a spa! It was close to the restaurants at Cape Harbor and also to Lobster Lady.
