Boat, Pool, Hot tub, Bikes & Kayaks Serenity Sands Cape Coral is a luxury vacation home that feels more like your own private resort, with a TRITOON BOAT available at the dock to rent, hot tub, pool, and kayaks & bikes included. This newly renovated home is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South West Cape Coral. It is in the coveted Cape Harbour neighborhood and is located South of Cape Coral Parkway, minutes from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beach. You can't get a better location, complete with palm tree lined streets and biking paths. It is on a wide sailboat channel (no bridges), minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home. Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. There are two living rooms, both complete with brand new sofas and 55" flatscreens. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 person poolside dining area with flat screen TV. The pool is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have a custom bike for the guys and girls cruiser for the ladies. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, and Publix grocery store. The pool and the hot tub were great. We rented the boat and had a great time . We saw manatees and dolphins and caught all sorts of fish. Highly reccomend this rental . We even rented the boat and it was well worth the extra money. Very clean and accommodating. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and finding lizards. We had easy access to all the things we needed, as well as a quick trip by boat to several beaches. Communication with the property manager was some of the best we've experienced. Any problems (little things) with the place were handled immediately by the maintenance guy. The boat was the icing on the cake, we had sooo much fun. Nicole was kind responsive and professional property manager. Best we have ever dealt with using vrbo. Rent the boat and get captain Bob show you around and act as fishing guide. We enjoyed our days that we spent with him. A dolphin came up to the dock and said hi. Ok it blew air less than a foot from me. Hard to beat that experience. ##### darryl b. There were plenty of towels and even sunscreen, which was very thoughtful. I found some pool noodles and other pool stuff in the garage. Neighborhood is very quiet, and backyard is pretty private (can't really see neighbors on either side). Loved the book with local dining/excursion information. We made our way to Ding Darling and caught sight of a manatee in the wild! We also took a sunset boat tour and saw a bunch of dolphins. Would definitely recommend! ##### Kathryn M. If you’re looking for a place that has it all and is located in a great spot, this is it. You can use this as a home base to explore Sanibel Island, Captiva, Cape Coral, Ft Myers and Bonita Springs/Naples. All of these are within easy driving distance. All of the amenities listed are in great shape and very clean. Closer to home base there are lots of places to eat and shop as well. Great neighborhood and located right on the canal system. Check in / check out process was seamless, When I had questions before coming to the property Maggie and her team responded quickly. If you decide to utilize the pontoon on property, Captain Bob will give you a wonderful orientation to the area and dos and dont’s. Would highly recommend utilizing him as a resource. ##### Randy M. There were a few things that could have been better(most rentals do). The house was very clean. The kitchen needed more attention. Maybe because I cook every day and don't eat out much; but there was food stuck to a lot of the utensils, pots, pans, glasses etc. Nothing that a little washing didn't fix. The owner and rental association were VERY responsive. My suggestion is to check everything as soon as you get there and anything you need, call them and they will take care of you right away. From start to finish- this was the best experience. Booking was easy, and I asked a ton of questions beforehand, during and after! Communication was incredible, every question I had got answered immediately. The house is great- no one ever got bored. The boat and Captain Bob were amazing, and the newly done pool is gorgeous (as is the view). I can’t say enough about Maggie and Lisa- what a team! We had never experienced Cape Coral like this and are already planning our return trip! The home, pool, hot tub was excellence, clean and spacious. The canal and pontoon boat was icing on the cake. Our favorite day was scattering our brothers ashes in the gulf and being surrounding by dolphins within a minute. Such a surprising, surreal moment for our family. We wanted to do a few crock pot meals with being on the boat and could not find one anywhere. As soon as I let Maggie know, we had 1 before noon. My siblings and family fell in love with this home, location and services. Now I want to move here lol. Highly recommend with the boat. Captain Bob was very professional and helpful.
