Sand Dollar Unit #3 is part of a stunning four-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool and dock, right across the street from the beach! This PET-FRIENDLY upper-level two-bedroom unit features King beds plus queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower combo, the other with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio. Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property. • Upper-level unit on the left side • Shared washer and dryer units on-site • Walking distance to the beach • Short ride to the island's Times Square • Pet friendly! Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! FOUR units with a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18.
