Perfect location and a great breakfast! The lobby is beautiful, and the staff are quick, friendly, and efficient. The rooms and lobby were very clean. The welcome drink was delicious and a great touch. The pool was quite small, and the room could use some TLC. However, considering the location and price, I think overall it was a great stay and a good value.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful; I barely had to ask for anything because everything was already taken care of. The concierge helped immensely, making everything from planning to securing reservations completely effortless. The wellness spa was very nice and well-maintained, featuring a peaceful relaxation space overlooking the property. Walking directly from the hotel onto the beach was a huge plus, and the resort offers excellent dining options throughout. The adults-only pool was a fantastic feature—incredibly relaxing, fully staffed, and well-stocked with complimentary sunscreen, water, and towels (complimentary chairs and towels are provided on the beach as well, which is an amazing touch!). Since the room's mini-fridge was stocked with beverages, I asked the front desk if there was a place to store leftovers from our nightly dining trips. They immediately brought a second mini-fridge up to the room, which was incredibly accommodating. From the moment you walk in, the entryway is beautiful with a distinct, pleasant signature scent. Nobu is truly a five-star resort with a staff that operates at the highest level. If you want a relaxing, hassle-free experience, this is the perfect place to stay.
