The setup of the room was very neat and clean overall. My issue with the room was that there was NO hot water available in the tub area and there needs to be a wider shower curtain so that water does not get on the floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful view near the restaurant by the beach.

What a quaint upscale feel to a chain hotel experience. The beach view had a private beach entrance. Patio had a cool vibe. Staff was outstanding. The front desk was more than helpful and (Grandma) the breakfast lady had me feeling great every morning. You must check this place out

Staff was very attentive and friendly any time they saw guests. Always willing to help with anything we needed. My husband ended up hospitalized the day before our check out and front desk and grandma from the kitchen staff was very supportive to me. Breakfast was also very good.

Third time we have stayed here. The service is impeccable. Especially Nicole at guest services and all the ladies in charge of breakfast each day. Only thing I would like to see done differently is for the pool and hot tub open later. Rooms are great. Beach is easily accessible and employees are warm and very friendly. Anytime your in Pompano Beach it's a must stay!

A nice hotel at the beach! Rooms are spacious, with kitchen inside. Very convenient to spend a comfortable time at the beach. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Valet parking personnel are very helpful.

The staff was super kind and helpful. One of the two elevators was broken, and the room smelled mildewy. But other than that everything was superb. The pool and beach were wonderful.
