« What a great place to stay. We traveled here to fish at Yatesville Lake. The cabin sits on a hillside overlooking a large field and wildlife feeder. The cabin didn’t disappoint as it has everything you could need for a getaway. Check in and out was simple and Larry is a great host. Best place we have ever stayed in on our fishing adventures. »

« Our family spent 3 nights at this house and we had an amazing time. The house is located at top of a hill so the views were great. However, the steepness was a concern with small kids and lots of lost balls over the edges… Plenty of trails to walk and they are wide enough for an ATV. The house was big enough for our family and we loved the outdoor area. However, stairs outside did not have handrails, which was also a safety concern for children and elderly family members. « It was our second time back with our whole quad squad Framily crew and even all the kids loved it. The area is just beautiful and there's plenty of yard room to do fun activities and have the small kiddos ride around. Close to trails and can ride the quad pretty much anywhere. Brandon is always amazing with replying to messages and being quick about it. They're fantastic people to rent from and we will be continuing to go back bc we love it and them so much!! »

« I’ve rented cabins in several different states. This is my Favorite. The hosts were absolutely amazing people. The pictures and description listed are accurate but the place is much better in person. Check-in couldn’t be easier. If you forget any toiletries, they have everything you could think of. The fire pit was a big hit, it made that back yard glow and the sound of the creek just made it complete. Don’t take my words for it, go check it out yourself! We will definitely be back! »

« Joe’s place was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. We stayed in one of the yurts for the first two nights and a cabin on the last night we were there.
