« D'abord, à notre arrivée, nous apprenons qu'il n'y a pas un petit déjeuner (english breakfast) mais un petit déjeuner continental (froid). Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel parce qu'il proposait un petit déjeuner (english breakfast). Secondement, la chambre n'est pas un modèle de propreté et de confort. Les oreillers & le matelas sont vétustes, fatigués et certains ressorts sont cassés (creux & bosses). La salle de bain n'est pas agréable à utiliser, avec un pauvre rideau de douche, elle n'a...

« OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...

« On a passé une nuit dans cette hôtel. La chambre était top. Un des hôtel où on a le mieux dormi durant notre road trip au Royaume Uni. Si je dois donné un point négatif ce serait la salle de restauration que je n’ai pas trouvé très chaleureuse. Mais c’est un détail. »

« Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Friendly staff, a clean room, and very comfortable beds. There is also plenty of parking available right outside, which was very convenient. We especially liked that you could always go to the reception area to pick up extra tea bags, coffee, sugar, etc. to use with the kettle in the room. During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely...

"D'abord, à notre arrivée, nous apprenons qu'il n'y a pas un petit déjeuner (english breakfast) mais un petit déjeuner continental (froid). Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel parce qu'il proposait un petit déjeuner (english breakfast). Secondement, la chambre n'est pas un modèle de propreté et de confort. Les oreillers & le matelas sont vétustes, fatigués et certains ressorts sont cassés (creux & bosses). La salle de bain n'est pas agréable à utiliser, avec un pauvre rideau de douche, elle n'a pas une bonne odeur et il est impossible de bien régler le robinet mitigeur de la douche (soit trop chaud, soit trop froid). De plus, le porte savon est sale. Les parties communes semblent vétustes et à bout de souffle. Ce n'est pas le plus important mais c'est à signaler. Et pour finir, nous avons été bien accueillis pour le checkin. Il nous a expliqué le problème de petit déjeuner (uniquement du froid), nous a indiqué qu'on pourrait en parler et obtenir un remboursement. Nous n'étions pas intéressé par ce type de petit déjeuner alors nous avions opté pour aller à l'extérieur. Pour le checkout, j'ai tenté d'expliquer la situation. Elle m'a répondu sèchement que le petit déjeuner etait gratuit et que le tarif ne tenait compte que de la chambre. Honnêtement, si j'avais réservé une seconde nuit, j'aurais préféré aller ailleurs, quitte à payer deux fois. Sincèrement, je viens de passer deux semaines dans des hôtels en Angleterre, dans les mêmes gammes tarifaires et c'est le pire !"
