"I want to preface this review by saying the hotel was GREAT however, the lady in the front was horrible. Her name was Charity I believe. I checked in late due to our flight pilot not showing up and us being delayed for a long time. I arrived at the hotel late at night and she started giving me attitude and saying she no empathy for us and kept berating us. That is no way to treat travelers who are tired from travel and trying to check in to get some rest. She needs to be reprimanded. Everyone else was great that was at the front desk. Other than that experience, the hotel was great! "

"The breakfast was good and the room was adequate. The mini fridge didn’t always work properly and the ac unit in the bedroom didn’t work. The ac unit in the living area worked but made the floor wet by it. "
